The Pregnancy Pilates and Education Programme is designed to gently support mothers-to-be through the second and third trimesters. Blending safe, tailored Pilates exercises with essential prenatal education, it helps improve posture, core strength, pelvic floor health, flexibility, and overall comfort—while also preparing the body for labour and recovery.
Alongside movement, the programme offers guidance on key topics such as diastasis recti, mental wellbeing, perineal massage, and other important aspects of pregnancy and birth preparation. Together, these practices nurture both body and mind, helping mothers feel more confident, supported, and informed throughout their journey.
Please consult a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise programme during pregnancy.
This 25-minute Yin Yoga practice has been lovingly created for those on the path to conception. Yin Yoga is a deeply restorative practice that uses long, supported holds to release tension in both the body and mind. By softening into stillness, the nervous system is calmed, circulation is enhanced, and the body’s natural balance is supported—all of which can be especially nurturing during the fertility journey.
This practice focuses on opening the hips, pelvis, and heart space, inviting energy to flow freely and creating a sense of spaciousness and receptivity. It also offers time for quiet reflection, allowing you to connect more deeply with yourself, cultivate patience, and foster a sense of trust in your body.
This workbook is an invitation to approach the threshold of birth consciously. You are invited to pause, reflect, and open space for meaning.
Birth is more than the moment a baby is born — it is a profound rite of passage. It is the transformation of two people — and their relationship — as they cross the threshold into parenthood. This time is not only physical, but emotional, relational, and spiritual.
By revisiting earlier life passages and noticing repeating themes, you begin to understand the patterns that may shape your birth experience. This is not about controlling what happens — birth is inherently unpredictable — but about deepening your awareness and preparing your hearts. When you bring presence to your own story, you are more able to meet birth with openness, and to receive its lessons with grace.
